APPENDIX I. PRIVACY POLICY FOR EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY BY SPORTS & EVENTS

The Giro D'Italia Ride Like a Pro Tenerife event (hereinafter, the 'Event') is organized by Unidad Editorial Sports&Events, S.L.U., with registered office at Avenida de San Luis, 25, 28033 Madrid (hereinafter , “Editorial Unit”), which will be responsible for processing the personal data that you provide when registering for the Event, which will be used for the purposes indicated below:

- Manage and control your registration to the Event..

- Provide you with information in relation to the Event and carry out, where appropriate, the necessary steps to allow your registration and attendance or follow-up.

The legitimacy for these personal data processing purposes is the execution of the contract in which the user is a party, that is, for the maintenance, fulfillment, development, control and execution of the contractual relationship established with Unidad Editorial and Tourism Tenerife

- The sending (by any means, including electronic means) of commercial communications by the Editorial Unit about its own products and services, similar to those that you have contracted previously.

The legitimacy for this purpose of processing your data is (i) article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, when the sending is carried out by electronic means; and (ii) the legitimate interest of Unidad Editorial to keep its clients informed about its products and services, when it is carried out by non-electronic means.

- Capturing images and videos of general shots and ambient sound during the celebration of the Event for dissemination through electronic and non-electronic means.

The legitimacy for this treatment purpose is the legitimate interest of Unidad Editorial to improve its promotional activities.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

In some cases, it is necessary for us to communicate personal data to companies that provide us with marketing and event organization services, with whom we outsource certain services related to the data processing that we carry out and that are configured as managers of the processing by Unidad Editorial y Turismo de Tenerife. In these cases, we make sure that said third parties comply with the regulations on the protection of personal data and we sign the corresponding data processor contract.

We will communicate your personal data to third companies when necessary for the fulfillment, development, control and execution of the contractual relationship established between you and Editorial Unit, for example, the owners of the spaces in which it will take place the Event to which you have registered, if any. No data transfers to third countries or international organizations are foreseen.

CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship between you and Editorial Unit; as well as to send you, by any means, including electronic means, commercial communications about products and services of Unidad Editorial similar to those that you have contracted previously, as long as you do not exercise your right to suppress, oppose or limit the treatment. Additionally, your image will be processed (i) while you do not exercise your right to object, in the case of general shots; and (ii) as long as you do not withdraw your consent, in the case of plans in which you can be directly recognized.

Once the above periods have elapsed, we will keep your data, duly blocked, during the prescription periods of the legal obligations of the Editorial Unit and the possible responsibilities derived from the processing of said data.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of their personal data in relation to the Event by writing to the Editorial Unit at the postal address Avda. de San Luis, 25, 28033, Madrid, Spain or to the email address lopd@unidadeditorial.es, with the reference "Rights of interested parties" .

Likewise, you may exercise before Turismo de Tenerife your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment and portability with respect to your personal data communicated to said entity at the postal address Centro Internacional de Ferias y Congresos, Avenida de la Constitución, 12, 38005 Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain) or the email address protecciondedatos@webtenerife.com.

On the other hand, you can withdraw the consent given at any time by the same means indicated in the two previous paragraphs, without affecting the legality of the treatment prior to withdrawal
